The Job
Zyneric Solution is a software outsourcing company specializing in research and development of mobile applications, games, and web platforms for international markets.
Job Description:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and actionability for the development team.
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and development, providing clear direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: business analyst, AI/ML engineers, data scientists, designers, developer and quality control to align on product goals.
- Evaluate AI model performance and ensure continuous improvement in alignment with KPIs and ethical standards.
- Work with stakeholders to define success metrics and measure outcomes of AI deployments.
- Stay updated on AI trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI principles
- Create detailed user stories, mockups, and acceptance criteria to guide product development.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Monitor product performance using KPIs and analyze feedback to improve product strategy.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats
Your Skills and Experience
Required experiences and skills
- Must have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Min 7 years of experience in PO role.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics projects
- Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle, from data collection to model deployment and monitoring
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills using data-driven insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.).
- Strategic thinking and ability to turn complex business problems into clear product plans.
- User-centric mindset with a passion for great products.
- Fluency in English
