MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an ambitious and talented Product Owner to join our Online Department. You will be a key-person in further developing the customer-centric online platforms (Mobile App, Web, E-POS,...)
- Responsible for setting a platform solutions strategy
- Manage features and dependencies in and across releases; and managing releases with phases and milestones
- Collect, curate, and promote the most relevant ideas into features to achieve key objectives for platform solution; ensure key feedback and requests from our partners are integrated into platform planning and development processes
- Working closely with all stakeholders to define the features and requirements necessary for a complete solution
- Support departments to bring the solutions to market
- Create specification documents (business, functional)
- Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project manager to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities
- Organize system and user acceptance testing
- Cooperate with local and also foreign development teams on delivery
Yêu cầu
Min 6 years experience in solutions management from Consumer Financing/Bank / Insurance / Fintech
Professional working proficiency in English skills (verbal, reading and writing) is a must
University degree and above
Certification: PSPO 1 / PSPO 2 / CSPO / A-CSPO / PMI-ACP
Strong presentation skills
Good communication, interpersonal, project management and analytical skill
Have a perfect understanding of the product/platform and organize itself to meet all the requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
Target orientated and self-managed, good negotiator
Experience from IT project environment
Practical experience with Agile development
Expert knowledge of MS Office tools
Experience with JIRA
Experience with planning of testing scope and scenarios
