1. Objectives
- As an experienced product owner for Clevai, you will be the one who updates the latest trend in the edtech industry and evolves team mindset in production
- With data-driven mindset and knowledge in multivariate testing and competitive analysis, you will lead through data ambiguity and draw conclusions for implementation
- And with all the tools in hand, you will, together with us, lead one of our products and turn them into Clevai
2. What you will do :
- In charge of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development, planning, requirement development, product launch, and product operation.
- Regularly engage with users and stakeholders to build deep empathy for their needs and improve product.
- Build the product development system including the framework, the user journey map, product testing procedure, and key UX principles to build a product with massive growth.
- Manage product plans, roadmaps and detail action plans that align with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, work collaboratively with BI, UI/UX designers and engineers to define problems and solutions.
Yêu cầu
Experience as a product owner supporting one or more edtech or SaaS products
Having knowledge of product development processes. Including an Agile working process, build the product road-map, market research, user-interview, product launching, product operations, ..
Self-starter who is energetic & enthusiastic, confident, adaptable & customer-oriented
Experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams
Experienced in using data to conclude experiments, describe user behaviors, thereby deep understanding of the userl
Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
Fortitude to remain calm and react appropriately in high-pressure situations
