Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the vision, roadmap and quarterly goals of your module, aligned with the overall BettaMax roadmap.
- Talk to sellers every week. Turn their problems, usage data and competitor moves into clear priorities.
Backlog & Delivery
- Own and prioritize the module backlog. Define the problem, scope and acceptance criteria; the BA turns them into detailed stories.
- Make the trade-offs on scope, quality and timing with engineers, designers and QC, and accept or reject delivered work.
Coordination & Performance
- Decide, with the AI Agent PO, what the AI agent should do for sellers in your module: which tasks it takes over, and where the seller reviews and approves.
- Coordinate with the other module POs where modules meet (e.g. Online Store ↔ Payment).
- Set the module's KPIs, track them after every release, and report progress and risks to leadership.
Yêu cầu
Must have
- 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on a software product, with at least 1 year in or close to the domain of the module you apply for.
- Features you shipped end-to-end, and the results you can show for them: metrics, not just releases.
- Hands-on eCommerce sense: you have set up and run a store on Shopify or a similar platform, or worked closely with online sellers.
- Comfort with technical discussion: APIs, integrations, data flows. You can read API docs and write precise acceptance criteria.
- Data-driven: you define KPIs and read the numbers yourself.
- You use AI tools in your daily work and can spot where an AI agent could do a task for the seller.
- Good written English for specs and competitor research; clear communication with the team in Vietnamese.
Nice to have
- Experience with cross-border eCommerce, dropshipping or print-on-demand, or at a SaaS serving merchants.
- You have run your own online store or dropshipping business.
- Experience designing AI or agent features (chat assistants, automation, LLM-based tools).
- SQL or analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Metabase); Jira, Confluence, Figma
