Role Overview: Act as a bridge between the business, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring that smart features and services are clearly defined, effectively implemented, and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Definition
Gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders, including Product, Business, After-sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.
Develop business and product artifacts, including BRDs, PRDs, user journeys, use cases, and acceptance criteria for smart features and services.
Clarify business logic, rules, data flows, and operational scenarios.
Product Owner / Backlog Management
Manage the product backlog, break down features, prioritize user stories, and support planning activities together with the Project Manager.
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to clarify requirements, scope, and requirement changes.
Participate in UAT, product acceptance, and evaluation of whether the solution meets business requirements and objectives.
Implementation & Operations
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure:
Products and features are launched in line with the defined time, cost, and quality targets and Operational processes and customer support procedures are clearly defined.
Monitor product KPIs and customer feedback, and proactively propose improvements.
Compliance & Risk Management
Collaborate with Legal and Information Security teams to ensure compliance with requirements related to: Data privacy; Cybersecurity; Regulatory and market-specific compliance
Manage requirement changes and proactively identify potential business risks.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst, preferably in digital products, AI, fintech, telecommunications, automotive, or IoT.
Strong proficiency in creating BA/PO artifacts, including BRDs, PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and UAT documentation.
Strong product mindset with a good understanding of business models and customer experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
Good command of English for daily work, including documentation and communication with external partners.
