Job Purpose
• Conduct market analysis, including sales history, demand trends, customer insights, and competitor information through market visits, desk research, and customer meetings.
• Propose new product development plans to the Factory, including 4P, STP, and sales volume planning.
• Coordinate and discuss product specifications with Sales, Marketing, Factory, Japan team, and overseas members.
• Take charge of new product planning for IAQ products, including ceiling fans, ventilation fans, water pumps, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and electric fans.
• Support product development progress and perform other related tasks as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors in degree related to Business, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Product Planning, Marketing, Sales Planning, ...
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Power BI is a plus.
• Detail - oriented, responsibly and analytical mindset.
• Cross-functional coordination skills: communication, organization & problem-solving.
• Basic English communication is an advantage
