Yêu cầu
Knowledge:
- Mechanical Engineers or Mechatronic Engineers. Technical university is referable
- Good in English communication
- Able to read drawing (mechanical drawing)

Experience:
- At least 3 years' experience as a role of process/Engineering Engineer in cable or injection molding factory
- Good knowledge /experience in process improvement/ process qualification, PFMEA
- Problem solving DMAIC, 8D in technical area
- Experience in NPI / transfer line from oversea to VN
- Using all measurement tools such as: smart-cope, X-ray, pull test, shear force test, dial gauges...
- Experience in making technical report
- Experience in marking work instruction for operators
Other requirement
- Organize a meeting, can able to communicate Eng via phone call
- Open mindset, target oriented
- High commitments
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong in technical solution
- Clean (short and sharp) in communication
