Mô tả công việc
1. Collect information of customers demand through interviews and surveys to dealers/customers.
2. Collect information and make reports of competitors' product updates.
3. Create product strategy & plan for each model based on No.1 and No.2 tasks as above-mentioned (specification, volume, price setting, etc.).
4. Report product strategy & plan with related sections, top management in Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam (MMV) and Mitsubishi Motors Headquarters (MMC).
5. Negotiate with MMC to reflect our request to new product.
6. Make plans for Special Action Model (SAM) and communicate with suppliers.
7. Other minor tasks:
- Arrangement of Business trip for visitors such as from MMC to conduct testing and survey in Vietnam.
- Answers to product and market related questions from MMC.
- Other tasks requested by Line Manager & managements (if any).
Yêu cầu
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably with major in Automotive Technology
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Product Planning.
- Knowledge: Intensive knowledge about automobile products and automotive industry
- Required skills:
• Good English proficiency (all 4 skills, especially good at speaking & writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well versed in Power BI, Power Pivot is a plus
• Good presentation, negotiation & interpersonal communication skills
- Other (if any):
• Logical mindset & analytical thinking
• Cooperative and have teamwork spirit
• Eager to learn, willing to cope with new challenges
• Willing to travel regularly for work (e.g. business trip, dealer visit, etc.)
