Are you a final-year student with a passion for organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage contracts and financial processes efficiently? If so, a Production Contract Monitor Intern job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
Final-year student or graduate with a degree in Economics, Finance, Legal, or a related field;
Be able to work full-time for a period of 6 months;
Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Vietnamese;
Great knowledge of Excel and analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail;
Honesty and integrity to handle sensitive or confidential information.
Experienced in dealing with submission processes to authorities is a plus.
You're good at:
As a Production Contract Monitor Intern, you'll play a critical role in ensuring efficient processes for the Production Team, with responsibilities such as:
Assist in setting up contracts and ensure they pass Quality Control (QC) checks before submission to the legal team;
Follow up with the legal team to obtain necessary approvals;
Monitor and follow up on supplier payments to ensure timely processing;
Create Purchase Orders (POs) in our internal system;
Provide accurate documentation for the PO creation process and payment;
Streamline processes for the Production team, with a particular focus on urgent deposits and payments;
Deal with suppliers (suppliers relationship), including negotiating and adjusting terms when necessary.

Identifying process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
Handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
Building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration.
Taking initiative to address challenges proactively and suggesting innovative approaches.
Communicating complex financial or legal information clearly and concisely.
Staying organized and focused, even in a fast-paced, creative environment.
