Production Data Management & KPI Monitoring
Collect, validate, and analyze production data (Output, Efficiency, Scrap, Downtime, Overtime).
Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production KPI dashboards.
Identify performance gaps and abnormal trends through data analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and standardization across production lines.
Support management review with clear and structured data reporting.
Productivity & Efficiency Improvement
Conduct line balancing and manpower optimization studies.
Perform time study and establish standard cycle time.
Improve labor productivity (Output / Man-hour).
Optimize layout and material flow to reduce waste.
Support overtime control through capacity and workload analysis.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Lead Kaizen activities and waste reduction projects.
Apply Lean Manufacturing Principles (5S, waste elimination, visual management).
Drive scrap reduction and process efficiency improvement.
Monitor and track improvement project effectiveness.
Problem Solving & Process Optimization
Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and 7 QC tools.
Improve process stability and reduce variation.
Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Standardize best practices and update SOPs when necessary.
Capacity Planning & Resource Optimization
Perform capacity analysis and bottleneck identification.
Support production planning with manpower and equipment utilization analysis.
Recommend improvement plans to balance workload across lines.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering (preferred) or related Engineering field.
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing / production environment.
Experience in productivity analysis and continuous improvement projects.
Experience in time study and line balancing is required
Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools and methods.
Advanced Excel (Pivot, formulas, data analysis).
Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage.
Understanding of production KPIs and efficiency calculation.
Basic statistical analysis knowledge.
