Mô tả công việc
The primary job assignments will be:
To ensure that quality standards are maintained
To achieve production targets with best utilization of available resources
To supervise all production activities
To solve the problems faced during production
To give suggestions to reduce the production cost
To keep close liaison with warehouse, QC, QA and other related departments to ensure smooth working
To follow and execute company policies in all areas of production
To receive & liaise new sample development with Managing Director
To be responsible for people (leaders, workers, technicians, staffs, etc..) hiring, evaluation and retain
To build a positive environment and work relation by giving example of good manner and effective communication
To plan the head count according to the target
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience required
Requires extensive knowledge of production process activities
5 or more years of progressive supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
Good English communication skills
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required
Strong communication skills and being able to work under pressure
Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented
