Production Director - Garment

1. Plan production and organize work according to technology process, orders, assigned plans.
- Balancing the production capacity of the factory, proactively proposing solutions to improve the exploitation and use of machinery and human resources of the factory.
- Planning production for the factory based on the overall plan as required.
- Deploy production plans, organize assignments, assign daily tasks to teams and employees in the workshop to ensure optimal use of machinery and workers.
- Urge and check the teams of the factory to implement the production according to the technological process, ensuring the right quality and schedule as required.
2. Managing and developing the staff, meeting the requirements, functions and tasks
- Reviewing, determining the demand for quantity and quality of personnel, recruiting proposals.
- Training, coaching and instructing staff.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain production activities or revise operational plans
- Evaluate periodic work performance.
- Encourage, motivate, remind and propose rewards based on the results of work performed by employees and regulations of the factory.
2. Maintain and improve the quality management system, in order to reduce the error rate of products and increase the efficiency of using materials, machinery and manpower
- Guide and solve problems arising thoroughly in the process of manufacturing and advising and proposing to the General Director the implementation method.
- Directing the implementation of work in accordance with the approved technical - technological process; detect errors and limitations of implementation plans; timely adjustment and improvement guidelines.
4. Managing related departments such as Planning, Sewing, Material Warehouse, Accessories Warehouse, Finished Products Warehouse.
5. Organizing maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Synthesizing and reporting on the system of equipment and machinery of the enterprise and proposing procurement and repair
- Researching and updating new techniques and production methods
- Urging the implementation of maintenance and repair and improve productivity of machinery and equipment. Managing records and planning the maintenance of machinery and equipment of the enterprise.
- In charge of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, fire and explosion prevention at production teams, ensuring effective prevention of potential risks of unsafe labor.
6. Implementation of work reporting and other tasks according to assignment
- Making periodic and extraordinary reports on work, progress of enterprises and individuals.
- Implement special projects when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
