Mô tả công việc
1. Production process design and improvement
- Launching new products, proposing improvements to existing processes, and standardizing operations
2. Project execution for production efficiency improvement
- Execution of cost reduction measures, time schedules, and improvement activities to enhance productivity
3. QC/QA support
- Establishment of quality standards, countermeasures for defective products, traceability management
4. On-site support and technical assistance
- Worker training, troubleshooting, technical support
5. Data analysis and improvement proposals
- Analysis and improvement of production data
6. Environmental measures and safety management in the factory
- Energy conservation measures, workplace safety management
Yêu cầu
- English: Intermediate level.
- At least 5 years of experience in process control and improvement
- At least 3 years of management experience in the field of production engineering and process control
- PC skills: Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
