Mô tả công việc
Operate DCS system: batch entry, SEQ operation, alarm checking, control equipment related to DCS system.
Follow up DCS process condition, record operation parameter and report to superior.
Analyze problem to find the cause and provide solutions to superior.
Cooperate with operators to solve problem or do some urgent jobs if requested.
Provide measures to optimize production processes.
Propose for safer, better working condition and process operation improvement.
Do 5S, KAIZEN, TPM and other management system such as of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc...
Join the Emergency Response Team of Company.
Perform other duties as per assigned by superiors.
