Production Engineer

Triac Composites is looking for a Production Engineer/Technician to work closely with two Australian managers. We are based in Nha Be District, HCMC and are contract manufacturers of fibreglass and carbon fibre products for the marine, transport and mining industries.



75 per cent of the successful applicant's time will be spent on the factory floor, attending workers' needs and giving instructions. 25 per cent of their time will be in the office working on CAD drawings. Most training will be provided by an Australian manager, however, to be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate all of the essential requirements detailed below.



Responsibilities

Standardizing work method and process for pattern cutting machine and CNC machine production.

Digitizing and documentation of physical templates to create cutting kits for each production boat.

Support Production office in efforts to troubleshoot manufacturing processes on a daily basis.

Determine parts supply, maintenance tasks, safety procedures, and service schedule required to maintain machines and equipment in prescribed condition.

Provide technical knowledge for continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing productivity and yields.

• Working environment: Office has about 10 staffs (Vietnamese and Australian). Factory has about 40 staffs
