Mô tả công việc
• To ensure production orders which are released from A&E's system are in right colour sequences following colour group rules
• To minimise machine cleaning time
• To ensure there is no orders not confirming loading within the agreed time
1. Safety & Housekeeping
• Follow Company Health and Safety regulations.
• Ensure all accidents/incidents and near miss are reported immediately for shift leader.
• Actively look for areas where safety can be improved to report to relevant people.
• Maintain high standards for housekeeping.
2. Productivity/Quality
• Comply with all relevant standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Review colour sequences released from A&E's system and make necessary adjustments to ensure there is no potential contamination causing failed dye-lot following colour group rule.
• Insert machine cleaning where appropriate to eliminate contamination issue and prioritise urgent orders when required
Get list of released orders but potentially over agreed loading time from System and then prioritise them.
• Quickly print out a job card from System based on scheduled dyeing sequence of the plan-board once receiving a Kanban signal of a particular dyeing machine.
Yêu cầu
• College graduate, prefer university
• Good attitude
• Good discipline
• Be able to work with computer
• Basic technical knowledge of dyeing methods, dye stuffs and auxiliary chemicals.
• Ability to understand document in English.
