- Support the development of staff capabilities by providing guidance and training on
necessary skills.
- Understand the fundamentals of machining processes and be able to operate related
equipment.
- Monitor production and quality control throughout the process based on the "Three
Actuals" principle (actual place, actual object, and actual situation).
- Process improvement: Identify and implement new technical solutions to enhance
production efficiency and product quality.
- Process monitoring: Ensure all equipment parameters are properly adjusted and comply
with quality standards.
- Technical troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues arising during
equipment setup and operation.
- Equipment progress reporting: Provide timely and accurate updates to supervisors
regarding equipment delivery progress and production start-up status.
- Technical support: Provide technical guidance and support to subordinate members.
- Promote collaboration between the Vietnam Production Engineering (VN-KTSX)
department and the rationalization team to accelerate implementation on mass production
equipment.
- Quality assurance: Ensure quality control is maintained at each specific process stage.
- Issue handling and reporting: Respond to and report all issues or customer complaints to
ensure proper resolution and prevent recurrence.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese (Equivalent to JLPT N3 level or above).
- Ability to comply with established processes and efficiently execute daily operational tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, collaboration, and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
