Production Engineering Leader

General Information
• Direct Report: COO
• Location: District 7 and frequent business travel to various provinces/sites as required by project schedules.
Job Purpose
As a strategic assistant and a key executor for the COO, the Production Engineering Lead will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and optimizing engineering and supply chain projects. This role requires a unique combination of a technical mindset (understanding of electricity, machinery, and food technology) and excellent communication skills to coordinate project progress and work directly with domestic and international suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for supply chain and technical integration projects. Ensure all phases align with the COO's directives.
• Assist the COO in evaluating, selecting, and supervising the installation of electrical systems, machinery, and food processing production lines.
• Monitor and coordinate the supply chain of food processing machinery and raw materials. Work closely with material farms and suppliers to ensure input quality and delivery schedules.
• Represent or accompany the COO in meetings and negotiations with partners, equipment vendors, and material suppliers (both local and overseas).
• Gather data, analyze operational metrics, and prepare professional progress reports and high-impact presentations (PPT) for the COO and executive board.
• Directly oversee project progress at factories or raw material zones.
• Ready to travel frequently to various provinces to supervise execution.
