PURPOSE: As our Production Industrialization Specialist, you'll transform innovative concepts into high-quality, cost-effective, and eco-responsible sporting goods. You are the guardian of seamless reproduction-ensuring every product hits Decathlon's rigorous benchmarks for quality, cost, lead time and all while maintaining our uncompromising commitment to environmental standards.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sample development: ensuring adherence to quality and design specifications, validation and smart industrialization.
2.Market-Leading Price: Secure our competitive position through sophisticated cost-optimization strategies. Your mission is to hit ambitious 'Best Value' targets without compromising our rigorous quality standards.
3. Technical Expertise: Master the technical requirements of the product, ensuring designs are technically feasible for mass production.
4. Optimizing the Field: Relentlessly identify and implement strategies to revolutionize production lines. Your mission is to drive operational excellence, significantly enhancing efficiency and maximizing output
