Overview of the position
We are seeking a talented and motivated individuals who are passionate about Improving effiency of Color sorter and production process in manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
Applying machine to sort Wholes, Halves and Pieces on AMD color sorter to meet XN1 Specification
Increasing recovery Yield of XN1 from FHR from 60% to 80% for first run
Reducing Rework FHR lot from 3 runs to 2 runs
Understanding quality specification of raw material and outputs each product
Understanding machine operation principle and trouble shooting
Define and classify material defects more detail to increase color sorter efficiency
Making instruction for each process step with each material

Experience & Qualification
Prefer fresh graduates from Electrical engineering, Instrumentation, Food technology or related background.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Working location: Dong Nai
Can work full time
Must have good academic records.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player and able to work well with others.
Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn.
"Can Do" spirit.
