Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a global expert in manufacturing sportwear and accessories. Our client is looking for a professional with 10-15 years of experiences in production management for the role of Production Manager. This job is based in Ho Chi Minh.
Job Summary:
The Production Manager will work extensively with factories to ensure on-schedule production as well as develop factory base for company's needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Production monitoring
Deliver production planning, factory capacity and performance management
Maintain and develop factory base
Provide relevant guidance for sub-ordinates
Handle and manage customer claims

Job Requirements:
Bachelor or higher Degree, preferably in relevant field (Operation, Merchandising and so on)
10+ years of experiences in merchandising, operation management (sourcing or manufacturing organizations)
Excellent communication skills both English and Vietnamese
Proven leadership capability
