Production Manager (electrical, mechnical, hard goods, good at English, At least 5 years of experience, Dong Nai)

Manage all Semi Finished Goods Metal Part Production activities to ensure that all standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance are met as well as company strategy and guidelines are followed in the area of responsibility.
• Monitor and improve company objectives - Efficiency, Scrap, Cost, Quality and Delivery in assigned 6 production processes - Mold, Wax, Cast, Grinding, Preplate and Chain&Link. • Manpower & resource planning for Semi Finished Goods Metal Part production.
• Prepare/Monitor annual budget regarding recruitment, machine, facility, maintenance and training. • Plan, direct, and monitor production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
• Prepare and control procedures, documents to apply international & internal standards in the area of responsibility.
• Deploy/implement improvement activities within Semi Finished Goods Metal Part production in order to eliminate/minimize non-value added processes in order to reduce the routine time, manufacturing cost, factory lead time, defect, and improve the quality.
• Work closely with Engineering, SCM, Product Development as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources.
• In conjunction with Product Development team to review and update WI, drawings, processes from time to time in order to take actions of improvement.
• Set objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
• Provide clear leadership to production team (Engineers/Technicians/Line Leaders) under management and coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement within Semi Finished Goods Metal Part Production in order to eliminate wastes, increase efficiency as well as productivity to reduce cost, reduce production lead time and enhance product quality.
• Ensure production operation follows Production Workflow, Swarovski quality standards, Health & Safety policies & compliance, Labor Code and Lean Manufacturing concept
