1. Align all tasks with the company's strategy and business planning, cooperate with the company's management to formulate the company's production goals, establish the production system and prepare the annual production plan and budget.
2. Responsible for production, technology, on-site management, workplace safety and health compliance.
3. Responsible for improving production technology/upgrading; continuous improvement and improving product quality. Work closely with APG/APX managers/engineers in providing smooth product's transfer.
4. Responsible for the operation, scheduling, implementation and management of the production plan, control the material balance, reasonably reduce costs, optimize the key links of the production process, improve production capacity/yield and reduce scrap.
5. Coordinate all links and resources in the production process, establish a good communication mechanism between the production system and various departments.
6. Responsible for meeting KPIs. Ensure production system are of full compliance for ISO 13485 QMS requirement and ERP application. Department budget and expenses are watch closely and spend within planned.
7. Responsible for employee management, guidance, training/evaluation and effectively motivate employees to improve work efficiency.
8. Provides professional support for both internal teams and external supporters. Work closely with all supporters to continuously improve existing systems.
9. Attend weekly meeting and present own department activities and results.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior on time.
