Production Manager (Fashion Industry)

Position Summary:
The Production Manager plays a vital role in transforming creative concepts into finished fashion products. They oversee the entire production lifecycle-from planning and sourcing to quality control and timely delivery. This position coordinates closely with the Creative Director, suppliers, factories, and logistics to ensure the brand delivers high-quality products on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop production schedules in line with seasonal collection timelines and launch targets
• Coordinate sourcing of raw materials, trims, and components in collaboration with design and logistics teams
• Select and liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to manage cost, quality, and timelines
• Oversee pre-production sampling, ensuring alignment with technical specs and design intent
• Monitor production progress and resolve any delays or quality issues in real-time
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process
• Manage internal and outsourced production teams, ensuring compliance with brand and sustainability standards
• Optimize costs, material usage, and factory efficiency
• Coordinate with logistics team on packing, shipping, and warehouse arrival of finished goods
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and safety regulations across the production supply chain
