Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Line Manager (Garment, $1700, ID 17363)
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that production goals, schedules, and quality standards are met.
Manage and lead a team of production staff, including supervisors and workers, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
Production planning, plan and allocate resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
Coordinate with the design, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Resolve production-related issues and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
Implement and maintain continuous improvement processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
