Job Summary:
- The Production Manager is responsible for all manufacturing operations at Case Concept Vinh Long. You will plan production, manage workers and machines, and make sure the factory meets its targets - on time and with good quality.
- You will also create the standard processes and procedures that all departments must follow. You will ensure that every department - from material preparation to final packing - works together efficiently.
- We are looking for a strong leader. You must be organized, focused on results, and strict about following correct processes. You will not only manage production - you will improve it.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage daily production to meet output targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage the use of workers, machines, and equipment in an efficient and responsible way.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), production workflows, and line layouts for all departments.
• Make sure all workers follow factory rules, safety standards, and ISO 9001 quality requirements.
• Train and guide staff on correct manufacturing processes and quality procedures.
• Coordinate all departments involved in production - from
purchasing materials to shipping finished goods.
• Work with the QA/QC team to resolve quality issues quickly and avoid delivery delays.
• Manage and track the handover of materials, tools, and equipment between departments.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to the General Director and Board.
• Work with HR to attract new workers and retain good employees.
• Propose improvements based on real factory data and practical observations.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a Production Manager in garment, backpack, or bag manufacturing. This is required.
• Proven experience in building factory workflows and standard procedures - not just following existing ones.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management and production process control.
• Able to use production data and numbers to make management decisions.
• High standards for process compliance - you do not accept shortcuts or unauthorized changes.
• Good English communication skills - written and spoken - to present reports to the Board of Directors.
• Strong leadership skills: able to build and manage a disciplined, high-performance production team.
