OBJECTIVE
- This position is responsible for ensuring of internal control system, production quality management, Quantity management, material management, tools management, training & development operation effectively and smart.
- Providing general direction and supervision to the production team to run the business well; Ensures Production function in the achievement of specific objectives set for the company.
- To ensure relevant production planning master, quality master and shipment master / supports as a total in the whole factory in meeting set key performance indicators for Production.
PERFORMANCE REQUESTS
Achievement result, well discipline, teamwork, efficiency, smart, ethic, innovation, strategy of Production Department. Strictly in work to make sure all follow the work flow and fair treatment with employees.

Yêu cầu
1. Education
Vietnamese with University Degree in related.
English skill: listen, speaking, reading and writing is perfect
Professional production & quality management
Have a good of knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, PPE
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
2. Experience in Production Management
Experience in wood industry manufacturing
Good in master production plan
Minimum 05 years in the Production Manager of foreign companies
Strong experience in KPI for Production department
Budgeting and cost control
STRONG PRO-ACTIVE, DETAILS
Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit
To be willing to travel if necessary
