Mô tả công việc
- Organizing and leading production line (workforce, material, equipment) to meet daily production plan.
- Monitoring product quality during production process and material status in the line.
- Following and controlling material in production line. Manage material flow (semi-finish in/out of packing area, finished products).
- Managing employees: Planning manpower, following up training progress of operators.
- Making sure subordinates follow work rule/regulations/code conducts, instruction and other requirements.
- Making sure that products are produced on time and good quality.
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Motivating subordinate to make sure good working morale.
- Building team work.
- Continuous improvement: Coordinate to others for improving products and processes. Proposal improvement activities for cost saving. Empower and courage others for continuous improvement. Maintain and continuous improve 5S in response area.
- Reporting and problem-solving.
- Approve leaving, transferring, working overtime for subordinates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by General Director.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated university, Technical professional.
- Experience in printing field, labeling, coating, UV Ink, and color management system are preferred.
- At least 3 years experience as similar position.
- Good English.
Good at MS - Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, strong problem solving and analyses skills.
- Able to work under pressure, resolve conflict and provide solution in a short lead time.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
- Flexibility, initiative, strong leadership and ownership accountabilities.
