Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Production Manager ($1700, ID12901)
Manage the production activities of the factory according to the assigned plan
Manage all machinery, equipment, materials, finished products, semi-finished products, warehouses and goods under the factory's charge.
Manage and administer all activities at the Factory in accordance with assigned functions and tasks;
Organize work assignments, supervise and guide departments to ensure schedule, quality according to standards;
Making and implementing production plans, taking appropriate monitoring measures and solutions to ensure that the parts perform on schedule according to the production plan.
Direct, check, urge and adjust the progress of production plans to meet the delivery schedule
Establish production norms (materials, labor...) for each type of product
Building a comprehensive development strategy of the factory according to short, medium and long term programs
Develop effective work management measures (Regulations, processes, measures to encourage labor, reward and discipline employees);
Build factory management system according to standards
Proposing plans to improve and upgrade equipment and machinery for production to achieve the best performance.
Report work to the Board of Directors periodically and irregularly as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirement
Male; Age: 40 - 50 years old
Graduated from university in related majors.
At least 10 years of working experience in a similar position at a metal stamping company
have knowledge of processes, procedures, ISO, 5S standards and company/factory regulations.
Fluent in English
