Production Manager

1. Job Purpose
To operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on production machinery to ensure continuous, efficient operations and to meet required product quality standards.
2. Key Duties and Responsibilities
A. Machine Operation
• Start up, operate, and shut down machinery in accordance with operating procedures and safety
standards.
• Adjust machine parameters (speed, temperature, pressure, etc.) according to product technical
requirements.
• Monitor the machine throughout operation to ensure stable performance and consistent product
quality.
• Load raw materials and auxiliary materials into machines and remove finished products following
standard procedures.
B. Product Quality Control
• Inspect product quality during production based on defined standards (size, shape, color, etc.).
• Identify and promptly handle defective or non-conforming products.
• Record quality inspection data accurately using required forms.
C. Machine Cleaning and Basic Maintenance
• Clean machinery and the working area daily or periodically as instructed.
• Perform Level-1 maintenance (inspection, lubrication, tightening bolts, etc.) as scheduled or when
needed.
• Detect and promptly report any machine abnormalities or breakdowns to supervisors or the
technical team.
D. Safety and Compliance
• Strictly follow all regulations on occupational safety, fire prevention, and workplace hygiene.
• Use all personal protective equipment (PPE) properly and consistently.
• Participate in safety training and machinery operation training sessions.
E. Reporting and Documentation
• Accurately record all production-related information (output, raw material usage, machine
downtime, product defects, etc.).
• Report issues, machine failures, or any unusual occurrences during production to superiors in a
timely manner.
F. Other Duties
• Support other production tasks when requested by supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance overall production efficiency.
