Receive production requirements and assess machine, equipment, and human resource capacity.
Build feasible production plans to ensure on-time delivery and process stability.
Develop production budgets, track break-even points, and implement effective cost control systems.
Operational Execution & Control
Supervise daily production processes to ensure continuous operations and cost savings.
Enforce product quality standards and implement preventive measures to mitigate quality issues.
Research and analyze production methods to improve performance efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage, train, mentor, and assign tasks to production personnel.
Evaluate individual performance, handle disciplinary or reward actions, and propose appropriate HR policies.
Foster a motivated team environment to uphold technical standards and company objectives.
Equipment & Safety Management
Manage, maintain, and maximize the efficiency of production machinery and equipment.
Ensure a safe working environment by strictly adhering to occupational safety regulations.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality management (ISO, 5S, Kaizen), and supply chain management.
Skills & Competencies
