Under the supervisor of General Director, the production manager will be in charge to ensure proper production of our jam, dried fruit and honey by organizing our human resources at factory and using our equipment. The production will have to be done with respect of Company quality standards and by ensuring perfect hygienic condition.
What responsibilities will I have?
• Consult with BOD to set up the organization structure of LPES factory, rebuild departments and personnel.
• Setting up the procedures of work and coordinate with HR Dept. to set up KPI for employees.
• Responsible to supply company finish products in due time, quality and cost.
• Prepare and execute production planning with support of related department (finance, supply chain, sales).
• Plan and establish work schedules and workers' assignments to meet production goal. Monitoring progress, revising schedules and resolving problems if arise.
• Recruit, train and manage production team members, on regular basis.
• Maintain safe and hygienic work environment by educating and directing personnel on hygienic procedures and the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; Review and check plant sanitation
• Supervise and follow-up production staff performance including KPIs.
• Create and keep up-to-date a maintenance plan. Inspect materials and equipment. Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues as they arise.
• Reorganize Quality Management System and supervise daily work of QC. Supervise quality complain management by QC.
• Responsible for the registration of the product, certifications of the factory and any other QA documentation.
• Support Quality Department on reviewing SOP for manufacturing.
• Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Report findings to management.
• Coordinate with different department if any project engagement required.
• Work on Budget of the production department together with Finance team, follow-up costs.
• Identify investment needed and equipment suppliers. Deal with supplier if necessary.
• Interact with R&D staff to ensure proper industrialization R&D

*** The requirements of this position include:
• Bachelor or Master degree in food science or manufacturing engineering is recommended
• 4-10 years of production supervisor/manager experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of raw materials (fruits), production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of products.
• Knowledge of employee safety, food safety and quality programs (HAACP, SQF).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style to create an engaged, motivated and high performing team.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Competency with Microsoft office applications and ERP systems (ODOO).
