Mô tả công việc
We are currently seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Operations Controller to serve as the crucial link between our operations team (factory-facing) and the sales and accounting departments. The primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Verify vendor quotations to ensure accurate pricing within the system.
- Facilitate and coordinate sample requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery as per customer specifications.
- Maintain and update the production schedule, collaborating with various departments to ensure all schedules are current and aligned.
- Take ownership of mass production information, encompassing items, pricing, loading, testing, carton details, and labeling. (Detailed information will be discussed further during the interview.)
Yêu cầu
** NOTE: only candidates with furniture experience will be considered
- Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a plus
- Prior experience working with a furniture factory is necessary, upholstery factory is ideal
- Proactive, with excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated high levels of performance, motivation, and the ability to work seamlessly in a team.
**Preferred Skills: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
