Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Merchandiser (Garment, $1500, ID19936)
Receive and review production orders (PO) and technical packs (Tech-packs) from the Sales or Account team.
Coordinate with the sourcing team to ensure all raw materials (fabrics) and accessories (trims) are available according to the production schedule.
Monitor daily production output on the sewing lines to ensure progress aligns with the master plan.
Identify potential bottlenecks in the production flow and propose immediate solutions to avoid delays.
Collaborate with the QC/QA department to monitor product quality at every stage (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing).
Ensure the final garment meets the buyer's specifications and approved gold samples.
Coordinate with the logistics/shipping department to prepare necessary documentation for export.
Act as the primary point of contact between the factory and the Sales/Buying office regarding order status and technical issues.
Requirement
Gender: Male.
Age: Under 45 years old.
Education: College Degree or higher in Garment Technology, Fashion Engineering, or related technical fields.
3 years of experience in merchandising or production management within the garment/apparel industry.
Deep expertise in garment construction and sewing techniques.
Professional working proficiency in English.
