Mô tả công việc
- To support Production TEAM and Factory manager to effectively be reported and make daily production status reports.
- In charge of managing the schedule of Factory Pre-Production (FPP) meeting and making Self FPP Report.
- Translating Working Instruction (W/I) & FPP comments from English to Vietnamese
- Working with GG international Sales team in Korea by E-Mail.
- To co-operate with related departments to double check, revise the standard operation procedures (SOP) to ensure it is suitable to the reality and meets the quality requirements of buyers.
- To check the SOP implement of departments, make reports and send manager and BOD
- To propose corrective actions, improvements for the SOP non-compliant issues.
- To train for workers on the SOP of each departments.
- Co-operate with compliance department to prepare for technical audits of buyers, work with buyers on assessment date (explain the SOP).
Yêu cầu
- Cheerful and positive personality is preferred.
- Knowing sewing technique will be highly preferred.
- The most important thing is the willingness to learn work.
- Will be discussed more detail in interview.
- Graduated from college or higher with the major of apparel
- Proper English ability (writing, reading)
- Experience in garment companies (QC, technical staff...) is preferred.
- Permanent residence near to company is preferred
- Communicating skill, independent working skill and team working skill
- Proficient office computer skills
- Careful, being responsible for the work.
