Production Planner in Que Vo, Bac Ninh

- Coordinate and support factories in the schedule of production
- Updating FCST from sales team and calculating production plan based material capa & production capa & Sharing, informing to all depts.
- Be responsible for production based on customer demand. Ensure material is obtained efficiently and economically
- Communication across Depts. on material supply or forecast issue
- Be act as owner of PO process. Ensure PO is created, closed and released to production team in time
- Follow up delivery of open POs; expedite POs within the lead times. Cope with material shortage with supports from purchasing and suppliers.
- Keep close monitor on materials consumption movement and adjust production plan to ensure adherence to demand.
- Plan material systematic to avoid short-stock or over-stock. Maintain reasonable stock level towards to Inventory target
- Manage and update ERP system.
- Make sure the schedule of production follows up the commercialization calendar.
- Make sure to plan as follow up with the company's policies and rules
- Make sure to inform all documentation information and changes to factories.
- Support Manager to solve problems related to production issues. .
- Work with material team, understand material delivery and make sure production follows up schedule
- Making and managing production plan
- Calculate, analyze market, opportunities
- Other requirements from manager or factory manager if any.
**Communication:
- Internal:Verbal and email communications with Project Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Engineering team - to coordinate, query and feedback to customer service ream for forecast, delivery and quality issues.
