Production Planner

Position: Production Planner
Report to: Senior Order Center Leader
Department: Supply Chain Management
Location: Duy Tien, Ha Nam, Viet Nam
Scope of Position: Short-mid -long term production planning to ensure delivery on time to customer with most optimization resources and high quality
Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare Transportation according to the Shipments and Outbound Deliveries
• Create Balanced and Levelled Production Plan according to following weeks demands considering Raw Material Availability and Production Capacity
• Create Production Sequence (Heijunka/EPEI) at Production Pacemaker
• Create, Release and Print SAP Production Orders
• Organize Production Plan Release together with Production
• Monitor Production Schedule attainment and escalate in case of deviations
• Monitor Finish good and Subassembly Demands and Requirements after SAP MRP
• Check and correct COGI errors (backflush errors)
• Support of Developing Production KANBAN
• Evaluate and monitor internal Delivery Performance (Planned-Produced)
• Review and adjust SAP Master Data for Production Planning
• Follow Workflow of new/changed items to release in SAP
• Analysis of Data and Information Production Planning related
• Maintain Metrics, Reports and Process Documentation
• Support to improve SAP performance for PP module to utilize planning by system and minimize the excel files
• Participant in production meeting to ensure delivery performance and problem solving if any factors impact to production plan
• Make ABC analysis for finished goods and subassemblies to control inventory level in reasonable level
• Perform Inventory Management for finished goods and Subassemblies/WIP
