Lead and develop the Data Team to ensure efficient planning and data management.
Operate Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create and balance production plans based on customer orders and machine capacity.
Convert customer orders into production orders and monitor production progress.
Collect, validate, and analyze production data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
Support material planning (MRP), inventory analysis, and lead-time monitoring.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of D365 master data (BOM, Routing, Items, Machine Capacity).
Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Production,
Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth production planning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automate reporting using Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning (PPIC), ERP, or Data Analysis within a manufacturing environment.
Previous team leadership experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or Power Automate is a plus.
Good understanding of MRP, BOM, and Routing.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.
