Responsible for production planning, capacity management, and delivery commitment to ensure optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery. This role requires strong data analysis capability and leadership in managing planning activities in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Production Planning & Scheduling
• Develop production plans based on demand forecast, orders, and capacity
• Create and adjust daily/weekly/monthly production schedules
• Ensure alignment between production, materials, and delivery plans
• Lập kế hoạch sản xuất dựa trên forecast, đơn hàng và năng lực
• Xây dựng và điều chỉnh kế hoạch ngày/tuần/tháng
• Đảm bảo đồng bộ giữa sản xuất - nguyên vật liệu - giao hàng
Capacity Planning & Control
• Analyze production capacity, bottlenecks, and utilization
• Balance load across production lines to optimize efficiency
• Support ramp-up and new project planning
• Phân tích năng lực sản xuất, điểm nghẽn và mức sử dụng
• Cân bằng tải giữa các line sản xuất
• Hỗ trợ tăng sản lượng và dự án mới
Data Analysis & Reporting (Excel / Power BI)
• Build and maintain planning dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Analyze capacity utilization, backlog, inventory
• Provide data-driven insights for decision making
• Xây dựng dashboard kế hoạch bằng Excel và Power BI
• Phân tích utilization, backlog, tồn kho
• Cung cấp phân tích hỗ trợ ra quyết định
Team Management & Coordination
• Monitor and supervise departments to ensure they adhere to production plans and target output performance, collaborate with departments to identify root causes of problems, and propose improvements to performance and reduce the rate of defective products (NG).
• Coordinate with Production, SCM,
Purchasing, and Sales teams
• Drive planning discipline and process improvement

• Phối hợp với Sản xuất, SCM, Thu mua, Kinh doanh
• Chuẩn hóa và cải tiến quy trình kế hoạch
• 5-8+ years in production planning / supply chain
• 5-8+ năm kinh nghiệm kế hoạch sản xuất / chuỗi cung ứng
• Experience in team management or leading planning function
• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý hoặc dẫn dắt team kế hoạch
• Advanced Excel (pivot, power query, modeling), Strong Power BI (dashboard, data visualization
• Excel nâng cao (pivot, power query, modeling), Thành thạo Power BI (dashboard, visualization)
• ERP, MES, WMS experience
• Có kinh nghiệm về ERP, MES, WMS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Tư duy phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
• Good English
