§ Work Location: Tan Thanh, BRVT (company bus is provided from HCMC and Vungtau City)
§ Work Time:
- Monday-Saturday (8:00-17:00)
- Saturday off every other week
§ Salary Range: Gross 400-700 USD per month
§ Allowance(s): To be announced
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year
§ Benefit(s): SHUI / Annual health check / Company trip
§ Selection Process: One and last round
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Korean Production Manager (male, 30s)
§ Assigned to Production Planning Department
§ Team Size: 10 members
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
- Schedule shift according to production needs
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Keep paperwork organized
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in Industrial Management / Business Administration or relating fields
- Language Skill(s): English business level
- Computing: MS Office, ERP/SAP
- Gender: Any
- Age: Up to 30
- 1+ years of relevant work experience / New graduate is also welcome
- Having knowledge about MRP (manufacturing resource planning) and quality control principles is a big plus
§ Desirable Character(s):
- Good at maths and statistics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
