Production Planning Supervisor

Roles & Responsibility
o Assist Production Supervisor to develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory requirements.
o Work closely with the planning team to develop a consolidated forecast, demand plan and production schedules.
o Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed to optimize productivity and efficiency.
o Production Operations Management Oversee the entire production process during the assigned shift, ensuring efficient and effective operations across all stages, including Cleaning, Roasting, Flavoring, and Packing.
o Supervise all activities at the workplace, report deficiencies, resolve any operational issues, and ensure adherence to established profiles and quality standards.
o Coordinate and direct the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and goals.
o Ensure that green and roasted coffee are correctly rotated and routed through the team efficiently.
o Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and timely production.
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
o Facilitates the production cycle of all the production by effective utilization of production resources
o Involve the long term capacity planning and Operation Planning activities.
o Daily update and follow up production to catch delivery schedule
o Control the batch size, yield loss, cleaning solvent...
o Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand
o Prepare batch ticket and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization
o Follow up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation
o Complete status reports for production progress, work in process and raw material inventory
o Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basic to resolve issues regarding to manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from manufacturing, Customer Service and Accounting
o Cooperate with Supply Chain team to supervise RM delivery schedule of suppliers with their delivery
