Production Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer requirements and business targets.
Monitor production progress daily, adjusting schedules as necessary to address bottlenecks or unforeseen disruptions.
Analyze production capacity and lead times to ensure realistic scheduling and optimal machine utilization.
Resource & Inventory Coordination
Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials are available to support the production plan.
Coordinate with department heads to manage staffing levels and machine availability according to the production schedule.
Maintain accurate records of work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods to ensure inventory levels align with company targets.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and report on key production metrics, such as schedule adherence, output efficiency, and downtime analysis.
Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase throughput and reduce production costs.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide updates on production status and resolve order-related issues.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
Deep understanding of production workflows, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
