Production Quality Assurance - Production Qa

1. Pre-production Quality Assurance
- Explain sewing standard and product spec to QC team and production line leader;
- Orientation and conduct examination/Training to new Quality controller;
- Checked in the line for the item with the respective Supervisors, Line Leaders, and QC in charge in preparation of the item running on the line;
- Conduct training with the entire QC concerning all the issues and rejects that have been found during inspection and suggestion to improve.
2. Production Quality Assurance
- Inspect 1st output (MDTC ) & report/train to responsible Manager/MD & production staff
- Monitor production with regards to the quality of their work;
- Check the semi-product from subcontract and check sample parts (first output parts) and communicate via zalo;
- Immediately report to the supervisor / Korean manager if had a problem detect in production / subcontract to resolve it early;
- Conduct daily monitoring of production and check sample parts ( first output parts) prepared form by In-line QC in the production;
- Roving time on production line to ensure all parts are correct with origin sample/ tech file, before assembly to finish product.
3. Post-production Quality Assurance: Conduct Audit report per each buyer/ item/ color for finished product before shipment by AQL(2.5) daily.
4. Support other QA team indeed for which process are busy or urgent for inspection before shipment.
