The Job:
As a PRODUCTION SCHEDULER, you'll be part of our HTAS Manufacturing Southern Asia team located in Binh Duong, Vietnam. Your primary responsibilities will be Assembly/Packaging work order (production order) management to ensure on time delivery to customer.
Location: VSIP1, No. 35, Independent Avenue, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong, Vietnam.
Working hours: 5 days/48 hours/week.
1. Weekly work orders planning and creation.
2. Daily track and update the production status.
3. WIP (work-in-process) inventory control and cycle management.
4. Work orders adjustment when having engineering change notice.
5. Rework orders creation when having quality or machine issue.
6. Sample work orders creation when having NPD project.
7. Weekly work order past due tracking - root cause and action plan.
8. Weekly production capacity review versus customer demand from planning team.
9. Coordinates activities relating to the planning, procurement, warehouse and distribution of materials and products in plant.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Experiences:
- At least 1 year of experience in order management/production controlling
• Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Great sense of logic about ERP system (experience with SAP is preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Other requirements:
- Basic in English.
- Frequent visits to the production floor are required.
- Chinese Skill is a plus
