I. Job Summary
1. Supervises and coordinates production processes from raw materials to packaging.
2. Ensures production targets through quality, efficiency, and safety compliance
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, schedule, assign tasks, and supervise production activities to ensure smooth production progress.
2. Ensure process compliance and stable operations.
3. Ensure in-process quality control and compliance with the standards.
4. Monitor, train, and periodically evaluate production personnel to ensure effective performance and skill development.
5. Ensure EHS compliance and proper PPE usage.
6. Accurately record production data, incidents, and equipment downtime; prepare periodic production reports and maintain FeMo production documents.
7. Drive continuous improvement in FeMo production.
Yêu cầu
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in industrial management, Chemistry, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
2. Skills:
o English: proficient in communication and reporting.
o MS office: proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
o Communication skills and teamwork mindset.
o Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and their application in manufacturing processes.
o Production Planning and Coordination Skills
o Skills in tracing, analyzing, and solving problems
3. Others:
o More than 5 years' experience in manufacturing company with the same position.
o Have knowledge of steel manufacturing and metallurgy is an advantage
o Highly responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure
o Candidates living in Ba Ria Vung Tau or those able to relocate to Ba Ria Vung Tau for work are preferred.
o Age 30 - 35
