To oversee and coordinate all production activities within the Die Casting and CNC sections to ensure production targets are achieved in terms of Output, Quality, Lead time, and Safety.
1. Production Planning & Execution
- Review the Production Pan and check the status of Raw materials and Headcount
- Optimize and balance production lines to ensure a smoooth workflow and maximize productivity.
Assign tasks and workstations to team leaders and operators effectively based on the daily schedule.
2. Quality Control & Troubleshooting
- Monitor production quality and identify defective products (NG).
- Investigate root causes of defects (using tools like 5-Whys or Fishbone diagrams).
- Propose and implement short-term corrective actions and long-term preventive measures to improve yield rates
3. Resource & Manpower Management
- Manage and approve overtime (OT) schedules based on material availability and urgent delivery requirements.
- Monitor labor discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies
- Maintain 5S standards and ensure high levels of Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) on the shop floor.
4. Reporting & Communication
- Prepare quick/daily reports regarding production progress, bottlenecks, and any issues impacting output or delivery.
- Facilitate daily shift handover meetings to ensure all technical and operational issues are communicated clearly to the next shift.
5. Training & Development
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new workers regarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coach and mentor workers on technical skills related to Die Casting and CNC machining to improve overall team competence.
Yêu cầu
- Education: College or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field..
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within Die Casting or CNC Machining environments.
- Knowledge & Skills:
• Solid knowledge of die casting processes (Aluminum/Zinc) or CNC machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure and handle shifts if required.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/MES/U9 software.
- Language: Good command of English
