- Main Purpose of the Role:
+ Manage the production workshop, including cutting, sewing, and packing.
+ Organize and optimize production in terms of quality, productivity, and responsiveness, while maintaining a positive and stable working environment.
- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Organize production to meet management's requirements in terms of quality, deadlines, and hourly cost optimization by achieving productivity in line with company standards.
+ Work closely with different departments to plan production according to raw material availability and customer delivery requirements.
+ Coordinate with the HR department in recruiting and training new workers.
+ Organize the production schedule for both the workshop and subcontractors with management, in line with customer expectations.
+ Contribute added value in selecting equipment investments to improve working conditions and workshop performance.
Yêu cầu
- Education and Training: A technical background in garment manufacturing is appreciated, but hands-on experience and mindset are more important than formal education.
- Knowledge and Skills Required:
+ Good command of production processes (methods) and machinery required to optimize production processes.
+ Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and Word.
+ English (and French) proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Required Qualities:
+ Logical, curious, reliable, hardworking, and honest.
+ Experience in a similar position.
+ Ability to suggest improvements and implement them. Creative and logical mindset.
+ Serious and motivated, while also being able to maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the workshop and motivate teams to achieve goals set by management.
+ Strong team spirit and commitment to shared success.
- Required Experience:
+ Successful experience in a similar position, preferably in garment production.
