Work Location: VSIP 1 - Binh Duong
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
Responsible for production and documentation, LEAN manufacturing, method analysis/ improvements, machines layout and equipment acquisition, preparation of equipment justification and appropriation request development, statistical process control systems, providing analytical troubleshooting leadership, hands-on to involve process and production activity is must.
People Management
1) Develop staff competency & training plan.
2) Training/ coaching, OJT, quality staff to ensure enough capability.
3) Staff performance setting & evaluation
4) Routine communicates to all staff performance and company policy, requirement.
5) Establish the SOP, WI and other documentation as required.
Cost Saving
1) Improvement Project for cost saving and capability improvement.
2) Develop alternative material, tooling, consumable, machine.
3) optimizing process to shorten cycle time.
Production Management
1) Daily planning resource and control to meet OTD, Yield, Productivity and labour cost
2) Daily cooperate to other function ENG, PPM, PIC, QA to resolve daily issue.
3) Ensure all production standards control plan is compiled as Quality, EHS ...
4) Be able to use analytical trouble -shouting techniques to solve problems.
5) Lead and/or participates in resolutions or problem (4M1E)
6) Lead the team to join the training and qualification for new products transferring if needed.
7) Contribute to the planning and execution of department objectives
Production Support
1) Support new product acquisition.
2) 5S improvement in workplace.
3) Work with others department to implement the company's policies and goals.
Yêu cầu
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer to the one of the specialisations of Optics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or Industrial engineering.
Experience: 5 Years of relevant working experience in Production, Management as Supervisor, Team Lead or equivalent positions at hi-tech manufacturing.

• Strong at LEAN manufacturing and 4M1E skills
• People Management skills
• Planning the production schedule
• Time management skills
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
• Performance Management (Yield, Productivity, Quality, Labor cost...)
• Training & coaching
• English communication is compulsory, Chinese speaking is a plus
• Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team and evaluation.
• Proactive mind-set, highly motivated and energetic
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
