1. SAP Data Entry for Production Operations
Input daily production data into SAP system
Record and manage transactions related to:
Daily production volume
Miscellaneous outbound shipments
Finished goods
Raw and packaging material movements
Register new materials in the system
Set up and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials)
Set up and manage production routing
2. Factory Expense Reporting
Monitor and report factory operating expenses, including: Electricity, Water, Wastewater treatment, Security services, Cleaning services
Prepare periodic expense reports
Input cost-related accounting entries into SAP
Yêu cầu
From 1-3 years experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (strong data handling skills required)
Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred
Good data management and administrative skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
