OnPoint is the largest E-commerce enabler in Vietnam, providing end-to-end services, helping brands to accelerate their online presence, and become more successful online in Vietnam and SEA. OnPoint's mission is to make E-commerce easy for brands, to create sustainable value for businesses, consumers, and partners.As a part of the Business Analytics and Advisory department, the Innovation Lab is a creative research and development team responsible for new services and media concept development.Reporting to the Innovation Lab Project Coordinator, the Production Team Lead will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of new pilot concepts for all media, including but not limited to livestream, short videos, images, content development, and ing)• Overseeing pilot livestreams alongside Production, Studio Operations, and Analytics• Helping integrate successful pilot concepts to the regular Livestream team• Building reports and analyzing key results and findings of pilot tests, including but not limited to, expected annual budgets and ROI• Arranging and organizing materials for reports to senior management at OnPoint: Pilot Results and Performance Quality, Monthly reports on Industry / Market Trends• Manage the coordination of internal resources cross-functionally and across teams
Yêu cầu
To succeed in the role, an ideal candidate should ideally meet the following criteria: • At least 5 years of experience in creative media (e.g., film, television, advertising)• Upper Management-focused - ability to encourage, empower, and develop team• Strong business acumen - able to identify issues and deliver data-based insights and recommendations• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a collaborative attitude• Flexibility and adaptability in mindset and way-of-working• Action and goal-oriented - problem identification / analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
